In The Room
Conversations That Shift Perspectives
Whether leading intimate interactive workshops, corporate executive summits, or large military assembly keynotes, Gwendolen commands the room with warmth, authenticity, and actionable takeaways.
Drawing from decades of real-world leadership, Human Relations experience, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and her own lived experiences, she creates conversations audiences can see themselves in. From difficult conversations to breakthrough moments, Gwendolen creates space for audiences to think differently, talk honestly, and walk away with something they can actually use.
More Than a Speech. Something They Can Use.
Gwendolen's goal isn't simply to deliver a great presentation and leave. She creates speaking experiences designed to help audiences connect what they're hearing to their own lives, work, businesses, relationships or communities.
Through relatable storytelling, practical teaching, interactive conversation and applicable frameworks, attendees are encouraged to examine where they are, recognize what may need to change, and identify what they can do next.

Military / Domestic Violence Impact
“This book is revolutionary, a game changer that is altering lives of domestic violence victims in the AF one day at a time…
Jerome Ellis
Family Advocacy Manager, Seymour Johnson AFB
Verified Amazon Review
“Having a friend in an abusive relationship, I often wondered 'WHY'? Why does she stay? Why won't she leave? This book answered those questions for me. I never looked at it the way that things were presented in this book. It was an eye-opener. At times, it made me mad, angry, etc, but I kept on reading, but I must admit it was not due to the writing, but the situations. That question popped up again, 'WHY'? To the author, thank you. Thank you for giving me a way to look at domestic abuse in another way. No, I still do not feel it is right, but I can look at things a bit differently now and understand the WHY question better than before...”
